Black Hawk College serves nearly 20,000 credit and non-credit students in 56 associate’s degrees and 48 occupational certificate programs. The Western Illinois University-Quad Cities Riverfront Campus opened for classes in January 2012. WIU is a public university offering undergraduate and graduate degrees and one doctorate degree program.
